I always arrive a few minutes prior to the signing to ensure we start on time. - Signers' doubts and questions are answered promptly and to the best of my knowledge. I meticulously go over each document to ensure signatures, dates and initials are completed and filled out. Signatures on the 1003 and VA applications are never missed and I can guide the borrower through filling out the PCOR. - I have completed close to 70 signings including Reverse-mortgages, HELOCS, Purchase and Seller contracts. - Documents are shipped out same day at FedEx Ship center and a UPS Access point located in a 3 mile radius of my residence.
