Julie Brewster

Hi .. My name is Julie Brewster.  I am a Notary Signing Agent in Fort Myers, Florida.  I have been doing loan closings for 

approximately 17 years.  I was a stay at home mom when I started this career on a part time basis.  My then neighbor owned a

successful title company and asked me if I would be interested in conducting mobile closings.  I jumped at the opportunity and have 

been enjoying it ever since.   My first assignments were in Tampa, Florida where we lived at the time.  My husband was promoted to a position in Fort Myers in 2005.  Since that time I have done hundreds of closings in the Lee, Collier, and Hendry counties.   I take great pride in

working with lenders, title companies, signing companies to secure successful closings for their clients.   I enjoy meeting with the borrower/sellers to ensure all documents are signed ,notarized, scanned back and returned to title in a timely and professional manner.
