I only tolerate excellence when my name is attached to any kind of work, double and triple checking my work. IF I ever make a mistake (extremely unlikely), I am quick to rectify it! I make a habit of familiarizing myself with Fed-ex times and locations near to signings, and I believe in the value of clear communication (this is always time well spent).
