I have been a loan signing agent for over a year, with well over 100 signings under my belt.  I've encountered and successfully completed a variety of loan packages including, Reverse Mortgages, Refi's, Seller's Files, & HELOC'S, and more; in a trust, outside of a trust. 

Need a certified trust delivery agent.  I have that covered as well.  I am trained to deliver trust packages, and aid the signers, with their estate planning affairs, within my scope of practice, freeing up valuable time for law firms and offering convenience to them, and their clientele, by closing the distance between home and office within and outside of business hours.  

I do make great effort to ensure that I am communicating clearly and efficiently with the signers and the hiring company, so that the job gets done right the first time.

I aim to provide a signing experience that allows the signer to feel at ease, and reduce the tension of what could potentially be a stressful transaction, and work with the hiring company to make sure that the documents are completed and delivered to their specifications.
